Our History
Where we started...
Yim Fong Kwok first immigrated to the USA from China in the mid 1970s. Upon arrival, he immediately got a job doing deliveries at a local Asian restaurant supply company. Life was hard and Mr.Kwok had a family to provide for. So with the help of friends and family, he took a risk and started his own distribution company.
Soon after, he used his assets as leverage to obtain a loan that allowed him to purchase a noodle manufacturing machine. From there, the company began manufacturing it's own noodles in addition to supplying local Asian restaurants.
Since then, CNC Noodle has expanded its product line, which now includes egg roll skins, wonton skins, potsticker skins and some cooked noodles.
Today, Yim's son continues to operate the company celebrating over 45 years in the noodle production business.
